Her expertise includes FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QMs (qualification based on alternative methods instead of the traditional income verification). Throughout her career, she has helped many clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Her passion is to find the best financing solutions for her clients and making sure they are well educated and informed during the process of purchasing or refinancing their homes. Myra is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
When she is not in her office, she enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and spending time with her family. Myra is a food connoisseur, she is always in search of new restaurants in Orange County and the surrounding areas.
