Rogner Park

Rogner began his career in the real estate industry in 2006, working his way into his current position as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Giving Tree Lending. Prior to working in the real estate industry, he honed his craft working in finance which helped him lay the groundwork for his success today.

His first professional aspiration was to become a CPA, working as an assistant under multiple CPAs for almost 4 years. During that time, Rogner performed bookkeeping & ledgering, preparing Tax Returns, and compiling financial statements.

Interested in real estate, he joined a regional commercial bank where his banking career started in 2009. Rogner mastered his skills in consumer and commercial depository, and lending products closing over $112MM in commercial new acquisitions, Business LOCs and Term Loans, and SBA financing.

This opportunity helped him understand the dynamics of the industry, as well as the importance, relationships, and integration between realtors, escrow, title, lenders, and others. As a Commercial Loan Officer, Rogner focused on partnering with realtors/ brokers, and assisted with marketing and providing data that was crucial to being successful as a realtor.

Rogner soon found a passion in residential lending, and in 2011 he became a Private Mortgage Banker with a major national bank. As a PMB Banker, he became well-versed and experienced with the sales and underwriting aspects of residential lending.

Today, Rogner thrives on bringing his vast experience to his clients to ensure that they understand the entire process, with an emphasis in achieving the best customer experience possible.
